Human Initiative Sends 216 Tents from Egypt as Humanitarian Aid for the People of Palestine

07 November 2025

After a ceasefire was agreed upon in Palestine, the situation slowly became more stable, although tensions still appear from time to time. During this recovery period, thousands of families have lost their homes and urgently need proper shelter. As winter approaches, Human Initiative is once again mobilizing aid to help people stay safe in difficult conditions.

On Saturday (25/10), the Human Initiative team reporting from Cairo, Egypt, shared that they are currently processing the shipment of humanitarian aid for the people of Palestine. The team loaded 216 family tents onto a 40-ton cargo truck that will depart for Palestine on Saturday (25/10).

The humanitarian aid truck will travel by land through the Rafah border and the Karem Abu Salem crossing, one of the main routes for delivering logistics. These tents are an important part of the effort to support Palestinian families who lost their homes and are preparing for the winter season.

“We hope these tents can be used soon by families in Palestine so they can face the coming winter more comfortably. Even though the situation on the ground keeps changing, we continue to make sure this aid arrives on time,” said Mr. Muhammad Kaimuddin, Manager of Humanitarian Diplomacy at Human Initiative, reporting from Cairo.

Each tent can accommodate five to eight family members. More than one thousand Palestinians will receive better shelter from this assistance. As November approaches, temperatures in the region begin to drop, while many families are still staying in temporary shelters.

Human Initiative continues to reach communities affected by the humanitarian crisis in Palestine with careful and responsible actions.

As winter approaches, let us strengthen our solidarity and bring hope to our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Support this humanitarian effort through human-initiative.jp and be part of this collaboration for good with Human Initiative.
